Worked great up until my last iPhone update…Can it be fixed?

I’ve loved this app for so long! I kept it on my phone even when it crashed and refused to do any of the advanced filters. When I opened it today, I was soooo excited to see an update notice. I updated. But it’s still not working. Can someone help on this? I love this app so much and would love to get to use it again. And I’d like not to feel so stupid about buying it twice and still not being able to use it.

I have loved working with this app, however, it seems that iOS17 has rendered it unusable. It does not go past the opening screen anymore. My thanks for a beautiful app, but I will now have to look for something to take its place.

Additional options no longer work

On my iPad and iPhone I’ve tried to make use of the extra features I’d just paid 3.99$ for. They not only aren’t working, but the app crashes after that. I wonder if this app’s been abandoned by the makers some time back.

I downloaded this app and tried a few times to use the colored pencil selection on a photo. The timer went round and round and did nothing. Then the app kicked me out.

When a filter is selected, it just says “rendering” for about 30 seconds and then nothing happens. When you try to move on to another, the app crashes and throws you out. Tried reinstalling but it didn’t help. The app seemed promising because there were some unique options but it can’t be used without a fix. Looking through other reviews, it seems like this is a problem that has been ignored for years. I think a refund is appropriate. I would encourage everyone to pass on this one.

The pencil Stretch is not working. I purchased and upgraded it. Can you fix it?

I’ve purchased this app. I’ve used it before many years ago. I just downloaded it again paid. But now it will not let me even get to any of the pictures without it going blank. Frustrating.

I paid for the additional filters, which worked great for a long time. Now every time I use any filter besides the “free” ones, it crashes the application. I have the latest Apple update to my iPhone, but maybe the makers of this app aren’t keeping up? Super disappointed.

I used to love this app but now I can’t use all the apps o my the first few features. I’m sad!

Read the title. The filters that are with the paid ones don’t work or cause the app to crash

I paid for the app and the more advanced art filters will not work, and the app crashes if I tried to use them.

I loved the app, but it started crashing while rendering. I think the app can only handle small to medium size photos.

I paid for the deluxe edition to get all the extra fancy effect choices, but when I try to use ANY one of the extra ones, it crashes on me 100% of the time! Extremely frustrating!

Purchased this a few years ago. Great app. Recently it’s been constantly crashing. Got no response from tech support. Too bad. I really liked the effects it gave.

I have this app on my phone and on my iPad. It used to work fine but now it will not render anything without crashing. Re-download it and still crashes nonstop. Used to be cool though

Very happy but know it’s crashed. Can’t use it. All the filters are blocked. It crashed a week ago and has not been fixed.

This app is not working properly. It keeps going out of the app completely when I try to manipulate an imported photo. I then have to go back into the app, find the photo I was working on and start again. What a waste of my $3.99 to buy the extra features.

After purchasing the upgrade, the app just closes down when you select certain of the options that I supposedly purchased. It doesn’t tell me to make another selection, it just closes!

Does not work it crashes way to much for purchasing it should be fix if not make it free

I spent the money to get more of the filters and now it doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. It will load a picture I want but will just keep say rendering and never render and then will crash.

This app is amazing, best artist filters I’ve encountered. I really wish this was available on the PC! Occasionally, the program will crash on picture load, but when that does happen it is corrected right away. As long time user, I would give it 6 stars if I could

This is my go to app for filtering any photos I need altered. But I must say I enjoyed this app much more in the previous format. There were many filters for black and white which are no longer available.

Keep the free version or choose another app.

That app is not as it shows the sample to be it asks you to upgrade for 3.99 for the sketch but doesn’t give you as the sample I am very unhappy with the app

Only found 72 of my thousand photos, the rendering is crap, no tools to work with, etc.

App was working good so I decided to buy all of the filters. The past three days all it does is crash. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. It didn’t help. App is very buggy but good when it works.

It is interesting but only if the creator could have made it more colorful and sketchy😁

When you download it works fine initially later after three or four photo conversion it keeps crashing.

I purchased this app to get all the other image options. Then, all the app would do is constantly try to change the image for a few minutes freezing up my phone then shut down. I want a refund.

Please don't download this app because the app doesn't work and So shame for u who put this app to download

I have not yet upgraded to get all the variations available. The free version is great! There are very few apps about which I will say that. This is easy to use and navigate without spending a lot of time to learn. Good luck and enjoy!
